Buying or selling a home in the Villas?
Sellers will need to provide buyers with The Villas at Town Center HOA's Governing Documents (in pdf form below - Villas Governing Documents entire packet). Often the contract offered will designate when this information must be shared. All buyers should be diligent to fully understand our Association's covenants, conditions, and restrictions prior to closing. HOA dues are currently $2,050 annually - $1025 January 1st and July 1st.

Homeowners can print or download this packet and email it to agents and potential buyers. Associa will provide the title agent a copy of the governing documents with the closing paperwork when a resale certificate is ordered.
